That's Great! What firearm parts can accept DuraCoat?
Magazines, scopes, grips, stocks, forends, detachable barrels,
receivers, pistol slides, frames, or just about any component you can think of, even holsters. We can even DuraCoat the springs, screws, pins, hammers, triggers, and other components to extend the life of your firearm.
I guess the only material that doesn't do as well with DuraCoat is rubber. Everything else DuraCoat loves.
Please call (623-203-7260) or email us info@goegunworks.com if you have any questions.
Can DuraCoat be applied over hard coated anodizing, Parkerizing, or gun bluing?
Yes! Parkerizing and Anodizing provide an excellent base for DuraCoat. You can even spray over existing gun blue (clean and degrease prior to application of course).
How tough is DuraCoat!
DuraCoat is virtually indestructible. I've see a DuraCoated gunstock take a direct hit and the finish remained. When it's applied correctly, the way we do it, it will last a lifetime. It's perfect for hunters who hunt in wetlands or coastal areas. Law enforcement officers love DuraCoat because it reduces holster wear on the service sidearm. DuraCoat protects and bonds to itself and it simply loves to sticks to metal/plastic/wood surfaces.
Does DuraCoat work on wooden stocks/grips?
Yes! When we finish a stock with DuraCoat, we fill in any dents to give it that smooth, like new look. DuraCoat loves wood.
How easy is DuraCoat removed?
Not easy at all! Once your gun is dressed in DuraCoat it's very difficult to remove. Only professional media blasting will be able to remove DuraCoat, however it is recommended that you reapply DuraCoat once the old finish is removed.

How come GOE Gun Works doesn't post their prices?
Good question! The simple truth is that every customer has different needs and posting a pricing schedule would not be to your advantage. We feel that it's much better to discuss all the options and requirements directly with the customer. Most times we blow the other guys quote out of the water anyway. Call us at 623-203-7260 or email for a quote. You'll be happy that you did.
